Returns & Exchanges

Los Angeles Apparel offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items, provided they are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and clearance goods, are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the portal interface.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are present and the return slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
